Graphic filters, the ability to save at any time, Achievements for Steam, and Trophies for PS4/PS5 are among the features added to the Retro Collection.
A Boy and His Blob: Trouble on Blobolonia set the path for the blobtacular antics of the franchise to come. The titular Boy meets a new friend in great distress: the strange and squishy Blobert (affectionately known as Blob), who tells the tale of an evil emperor threatening his home. With the power of 14 different magic jelly beans that each give Blob distinct powers, the Boy and Blob take on a brain-teasing platformer experience to save Blob’s home.
In The Rescue of Princess Blobette, enjoy the thrilling sequel, this time as the dastardly Alchemist takes over Blobolonia’s Royal Castle and traps the princess inside. Once again, it’s up to the unwavering Boy and his Blob friend to vanquish evil, save the princess, and send a menacing meddler packing.
